A holy tree is growing there.
Okay I need to like...dissect this, with love. 'Cause...between the background and color and Bones himself....just, wow, I can tell you spent a lot of time on this Cat and I am so sincerely flattered and Bones is too, this is lovely and....wow I don't think I ever expected to see anyone use such lush, sunset-filled colors on a piece with him in it. I love the way he's lounging, the contours of his face, the coat, the pipe, the smoke, the cat, the stars....His feet are adorable, and I really like his expression.
In short: amazing.

Behold the definition of cruel irony: the words "lisp," "dyslexic," and "hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia," and the name "attention deficit hyperactivity disorder."
Thank you!

It did take a lot of time but I loved every moment of it. I've seldom had anything transmit so wonderfully from brain to paper and I'm glad it really did come across well. He was a joy to work with - usually drawing someone for the first time is a frustrating process of horrid sketched but he turned out beautifully the first time. Even the feet. I kept awwwing at them. <3 I'm glad you like.
Thank you.
